The therapy room is an invaluable private space in which to explore our frustrations, our deepest fears, our oldest or most recent hurts, and is often a place where we can begin to make sense of our own and others behaviours.  This is a space where no one is judged, and I do not share information unless I believe you are in danger of harming yourself or someone else.

Other people may think that your search for improved emotional wellbeing is self indulgent.  However, I have yet to meet the person who regrets this investment of time and emotional energy as well as cash.   At a time when we are increasingly aware of the monetary cost of everything, where better to make an investment than in yourself and your relationships?
